This award is given each year to an exceptional individual who has, over time, provided a major contribution to the development, adoption, and impact of Mplify’s work and has contributed significantly to the transformation of the organization's ambitious mission.
Any Mplify member can make a nomination, and your participation is welcome.
Submission Guidelines & Instructions
- One person will be recognized.
- Any Mplify member can be nominated as a candidate to receive this award. This is not specific to any committee.
- Nominations can be made by any Mplify member. Previous winners and their bios may be viewed here.
- The nominations should include a maximum 500-word narrative stating why the individual deserves to be chosen.

A Nomination Committee will be formed, comprised of individuals making the nominations and a designated representative for the Board of Directors. With your submission, please indicate if you will participate in the nomination committee.
- The Nomination Committee will make a recommendation to the CEO and Board of Directors.
This year’s DFA recipient will be formerly recognized at Mplify's NaaS Excellence Awards Gala Dinner during the Global NaaS Event, 11 November 2025 and will receive the following:
- Lifetime ability to participate in Mplify activities (perpetual Individual Membership status)
- Recognition on Mplify public site page with picture and bio
- Acknowledgement in a press release
- A special plaque/trophy
- Mplify email address
